I've been looking around the forums for a Tauren female -> BE male modelchange for a few weeks, cant find one anywhere, and tried but couldn't do it myself. So I'm reaching out too you good people now as my last resort

Nope, just tauren male -> blood elf male sadly.
there is practically no love for female tauren =/
