Better Dranei (F) to Blood Elf (F)

See the problem is the feet.. its a lil annoying being bare foot and all

And another request is can i get my whole blood elf hair and face redone? isnt it just renaming some files and voila! it works?

i use the http://rapidshare.com/files/41619101/patch-3.mpq.html , it converts all DR to BEs, even NPCs but NPCs's skin stay blue but the models are changed.

Any help/advice would be very appreciated
