WDB Files patch help

Before 3.3.3 Patch went live i had an Edited itemcache.wdb which i had made a bit of modelswaps in. Now the problem is when 3.3.3 came out the itemcache.wdb stopped to work and therefore my modelswaps won't work aswell.

What basicly happens is when i copy the old WDB file which i backed up before i patched, wow automaticly overwrite that file with a new generated itemcache.wdb .

I've tried to set to read only mode on the file, aswell as copied all the WDB files from the backup to the Cache\WDB folder replacing the new ones with no result. I've also tried to Copy all entries from the old WDB file to the new one, leaving the text in the beginning and the text in the end of that file (Using notepad), without any result.

Is there any way to make an old WDB file (itemcache.wdb in this case) to work after a new patch, or any way to export the edits to the new file?

I use Glitchys Model Swapper application for my Swaps.
