Current Blast Wave <-> Old Blast Wave

Ok, so I couldn't find anything on the internet that was useful for the current patch. I have been searching for a spell swap for the current Blast Wave to the old for over a half year now, and I havent found anything that works in WOTLK.

So as some of you might know, the radius display on the Blast Wave was changed in the early summer of 2007. The radius for the damage was not reduced though. Some of Blizzards employees imply that this is a bug that yet has not been worked with. And here I am asking one of you guys to make a patch that replaces the current Blast Wave display to the old one.

If you need the old patch for the Blast Wave before it was changed I have it here. (If I put it in my Data folder, go online and cast Blast Wave there is no display, but the normal fire in my hands. The ground display is gone. I hope you can fix this. Heres the patch

Oh really? If you truly did this, then you would have no problem helping me complete my whole Mage pack, right? Because it's funny that I just completed one like this and gave it to someone three days ago and told him not to leak it. Ok, first off all: I didn't make anything! Please read before commenting and don't just see if theres a link there. And if you made a BW swap could I please get it? As I said I have been searching for one fore over half a year.

I told you to read :P But if you didn't understand it is the BW patch BEFORE it was changed not the swapped one. And as I also said, when I put it in my data folder the BW will not display at all.
