Race swap - Currently unplayable races

Just curious how involved/difficult it will be if I try and swap GnM to Tuskarr. I have read up on a few race swap guides and seems simple to follow. was wondering if there is a huge difference for doing non blizzard playable races.

I managed to change my human to tuskarr, but umm.....how do I say it....it cant add texture to itselfs...so I see weapons and shoulders because those are models that doesnt change are umm...not on the unit. But even tho I have pants and chests and boots etc. It still just stays the same texture as the normal tuskarr (naked).

Know how to make the texture...changeable with the gear?
