[Question] Race swaps have missing features.

Been trying to do my own race swaps recently, and they all end up having skin color distortions and facial features missing.

Does anyone know how to fix this, and correct the skin / features? Kinda looking for results such as the ones posted in the threads for DL'ing these types of edits.
