I've changed male undead to female undead and decided i want to switch back to default... how do i?

Delete the patch. Simple

Unless you have patched your wow with the model active which might cause it to merge with the real files and thus being un-deletable. At that point you'd have to repair and/or reinstall wow. If you've not done any update, just delete any file with patch-X.MPQ where X is anything but 2 or 3 as these are the real files.

For example:
patch-M.MPQ is a model edit
patch-2.MPQ is the real file.

Sometimes, when patching with a custom patch present, it will merge into an existing patch (such as patch-2.mpq) in which case just delete the .mpq (in this case patch-2.mpq) and repair. Simply attempting to repair might not always mitigate the problem

thanks a bunch guys- i think the merging is what happened. i don't see the patch file i added anymore.
