Here you go! I used a different reference image since the one you linked wasn't so clear (ie. because of the smoke effects and stuff). Tell me if it works (Can't post pics cause I can't test it in-game since I don't have any characters with the tabard and don't have a private server to test it on [yet] )

sorry man, it wasn't working...the tabard vanished when I ever I put it on and when I shift clicked it was also gone.

I'm fairly sure that textures that go directly onto the character model need to be in Index mode. Could give that a try.
