[Model Edit] How to fix gnome's head after BeF -> GnF edit?

Found a MPQ already made that did BeF -> GnF but now the head looks messed up. I can't manage to find the guide to perfect this edit anywhere... can anyone point me in the right direction or help me somehow?

heres what it looks like now:

    thanks in advance!

I guess you did something wrong or the hat wasn't among the batch you extracted. Did any other helm get fixed?

I guess I may be doing it wrong. Do I only rename and repack the files from common-2.mpq for a head/helmfix or do I do the ones in the patch.mpq and stuff too?
