NeM>DwM trouble and a Deathcharger skin

Hi all. I've been trying to get a Night Elf Male to Dwarf Male model swap to work, and have thus far had no success. It keeps coming out as either a Night Elf with a glitched right arm, or a Night Elf with Dwarven face/hair/facial hair.

If someone could provide a proper working patch, or maybe a way to get my current one to actually work, I would be very appreciative.

Also, I am looking for a couple skins for the Death Knight's Deathcharger. I like the blue for my Frost DKs, but I'd like a Red skin and a Green skin to match my Blood and Unholy specs.
