    Request for you good model editors

    I am looking for someone to do human Male to Gnome Male/Female. I have tired this and got past the face problem and the facial hair problem, but I cannot get hair on my character. I asked a pro editor and they said you have to edit the .dbc file but I have no idea how to do this. If anyone could do this for me that would be awesome +++lots of rep.
