[Help] Making a Raceswap on mac - Little problems

Hi!
First of all, i've tried to tag my post, and i've maked it on the forum I think is the correct.

Well, After a week or two looking for and asking for a raceswaping from TrF to NiF, ive thinked that maybe would be better if I try to do my own Raceswap instead of asking for one.

Ive searched guides and the one I think is the best and i've followed is:

In that guide i've done everything On my MAC, with parallels on it, just at the point that the guide ask me to use the wowME (World of Warcraft Model Edit Fix by Kynox - MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides) on the World of warcraft folder. And my problem comes when in my WoW folder, I dont have a wow.exe file, I have a "wow.app" file.

Well, maybe if anyone knows any program similar to WowMe for MAC, or maybe if there are any other guide that i've missed for do a RaceSwap on MAC...
