Request: Png files to patch

Okay so I have these few PNG files for a Male Draenei Dark Skin Thick Tentacles Scratched face, can anyone please turn these .png files into a patch? the names on the files match the names of the files in the wow folder. I cant do it myself, not even with converters etc. dont even try to help me do it myself my computer is simply gay. But please make them into a .MPQ patch tyvm!

Jesus, why'd you upload the files individually, and to such a horrible host? It would take someone without a premium account an entire day to get all the files... Just stick the other png's on photobucket as well.

Regarding the converter, could you be more specific about the problem?

My problem: I made the png files out of blizzards orrigonal blp files, I just recolored the files designated to my specific character's skin tone and features. The outcome after going through a converter and replacing the files etc was a bright green character with no texture, as if it didnt exist. Note: I did not make an MPQ when this happened. the MPQ I made did not do anything so I replaced the origonal files with these modded ones which resulted in the green texture.

My Request: Someone to download these files and make them into a .MPQ please. I am hopeless trying to do it myself, actually been trying to do this for a long time. I ended up having to reinstall wow and am currently doing it at the moment because I got tired of having the green texture do to the fact that I failed at modding it.

I will upload the files to Megaupload in a single file for you. Thanks for helping and please try to get this working.

I just tossed the first png in this converter and it came out fine: xBLP2PNG : WoWInterface Downloads : Developer Utilities
Be sure to give the files the correct treepath, and keep in mind that you'll need to edit all the facial features with your skin tone if you want it to look polished. And never, ever edit Blizzard's patches.

Sure, if you give me the files' treepath. Should be something like Character\Draenei\etc. I'd check it myself but I don't have the game installed.

Thanks man, but I dont have the game installed either, since I am re-installing at the moment, the latest expansion is installing atm so shouldnt be long, ill post the paths once it finishes

Your trying to tell me I am not as bad as I say I am at this? I think...? The reason I cant do it is because I learn from A: Doing it personally trial and error and B: Someone showing me how to do something. I just cant comprehend a screenshot of someone doing something, and even when I follow steps correctly, my computer usually acts like a retard and complains "YOUR DOING IT WRONG" lol...

Anyway, I will have the treepath thing soon, download olmost complete, but I think I forgot to download the expansion before WOTLK, TBC... so I may need to post it tomorrow if I didnt download it in the main download.

EDIT: Need to download TBC Expansion pack, ill post treepath sometime tomorrow

EDIT 2: have to download each patch up like 3.0.1-3.0.2 and 3.0.2-3.0.3 etx all the way to 3.3.2... so could be a few hours...

FINALLY, reinstalled WoW well the files are located in patch.MPQ under Character/Draenei/Male/INSERT NAME OF THE FILE I GAVE YOU HERE

When I say the file I gave you I mean the individual names of the images, like DraeneiMaleSkin00_13.blp as an example,

Give this a try. I'm not sure I got the naming format right, should be fine though. I know how frustrating it can be when things don't seem to be working, especially if you end up reinstalling the game, but like Glynbeard I encourage you not to give up on doing things yourself in the future.

Works good, but I think I didnt add all the files, the upper forhead is still normal, the upper tail, and a line on his chin, but there is no file I see I missed in the character folder, DAM ;(
