Edit is Stuck

I at one point used a Blood Elf Male -> Undead Male model edit, and since I have deleted all the patch-#.MPQ files that I had used, but now the edit is stuck in the system, and I cant get the blood elves to go back to blood elves, period. Any suggestions?

You must likely forgot to remove/rename one of your custom MPQs before upgrading the game with an official content patch, and it is now merged with the default game files.

Though you can try the repair tool, the safest way out is a full reinstall.
