Request:Draenei to Lost Ones or Guide on how to do so

Hey, I am working on a big project, I'm not going to say too much about it yet but it is going to be really, really big. I have been working on it for about a year, however I haven't really been working really hard on it until recently.

Anyways, to the request:
I would like a race change from Draenei Males and Females to Lost One (npc) using ONLY using the skins Lostone_Skin.blp and LostOne_SkinWhite.blp using yellow eye glow

But you know what I would want even more?
A guide on how I could this on my own, so as I would be able to learn instead of getting someone to do the work for me. Also a guide on how to change Blood Elf males/females to Pre-BC high Elf males/females (Night Elves with oldschool HE/BE skins)

Credits will be given to you in the project

EDIT:: I just thought I might as well put this in here; I have tried using Glitchy's MES to change the models, and I have tried doing it manually with My Warcraft Studio, but the skins always end up screwing up.
