my good man. great work you did there was glad to see such a cool remodel.
but i was in for a nasty suprise. The worgen models (both) look messy, there are parts missing on the model it self:

lmao, now that made druid skins customizable by visiting the barber is it still possible to swap the skin in with a another one via DBC editing? if this is a dbc edit, that might be a problem.

nvm, he swapped all the skins out inplace of the worgen. i dont see whats going wrong, try getting a haircut to change your skin color
