Terain edit. MPQ creator wont work. help

I've used YiasEdit to edit some terain and when i want to convert the .WDT to a Patch.MPQ i cant get it working. I've used a program named MPQEditor and u got it to a MPQ file but never saw any changes in game.

How do i get the Patch-x.MPQ file working in game, PLEASE HELP!

What I've read changes in Northrend don't work in the beta version

and make sure you specify the correct path to the file in your MPQ program.

its in kalimdor and what do u mean with " make sure you specify the correct path to the file in your MPQ program." i'm a noob so i need full instructions i dont even know if i did it the right way. could u tell me what program i should use.

There's an excellent guide recently made for MPQeditor in the subsection for guides in Model Section.

The guide might not show you which MPQ file or path that's the correct to your edit, but read the guide and you might understand it a bit better.
