How to install model edit? And can you get banned?

First off is all of this data still correct? Its from another topic.

Rename the .MPQs to patch-3.MPQ and patch-4.MPQ (or something else, just patch-X)
Put both .MPQs in your WoW data folder (*\World of Warcraft\Data\)
Get the MEFix (mmowned.com/forums/bots-p...fix-kynox (World of Warcraft Model Edit Fix by Kynox))
Extract all files to *\World Of Warcraft\
Run wowme.exe and one you're on the login screen hit F8, then log in.

Also something im curious about is blizzard supposedly put in a fix to where they have scanners on computers and wont let you log in if you have a file named wow me. I saw some blue posts about it or something. >.>

Whats the chance I will get banned for this?

Also whats the difference between wowme and the modeledit fix. just so i know.

Yes, you must rename the patch as you have figured out already. I haven't Model Edited in w while but from what I've read, the MEfix is no longer needed for it to run, just the patch in the data folder.
