Well it says in your picture that you're using the NoggIT for 2.x.x.

Why use this old version of noggIt in the first place? check out Schlumpf's thread here.

Ohh..I want to use the version 1.2 opf Noggit for 2.4.3..But I dont´n know..This error ocurred when i open the Noggit 1.2,1.3 or 1.4..And I dont´n know who is the problem.. :S

Please help me..I want to use the Noggit 1.2 for 2.x.x please!

Hmm I don't have an link, but you can probably search the old forum for the development of Beckets Nogg-IT and it should solve your problem.
