Weapon Scaling for Blood Elves

I'd like to know how to make weapons for blood elf females bigger. Just weapons in general not certain weapons. Any tips on what program I'd have to use and what I'd have to edit would be appreciated.

Basically what I'd like is for the edit at the bottom of this page I'm linking except I want it for the normal blood elf model. mmowned.com/forums/simple-model-edits/261554-model-edit-injection-morph-female-bloodelves-v3-7.html I had to cut this link up since apparently you can't link without at least 3 posts.

Well, I am with the same problem....

I dont mind to edit all weapons for BE, but is there some way to edit so the weapons dont get too small?

Btw, if someone link a guide to resize weapons would be welcome.
