1h weapons --> Thunderfury

Hey! I would like to get some help with making my 1h weapons look like Thunderfury. I suck at model editing and ive tried myself but it turns out like crap. Thats why I hope someone can help me!

This is the weapons I want to change.

The Planar Edge --> Thunderfury.
It's the t1 1h blacksmithing axe.

Gladiator's left ripper --> Thunderfury
Thats the season 1 OH fist weapon.

The weapons will probably form an "X" on the back when u aint using em?
If not it would be awesome if it would be possible to make em cross.
