New continent help

Well i read guide about adding new adts to the game,and i can,thats not a problem.
When i enter with noggit in this new zone,i get only white blue screen!
How exactly can i add terrain to it???

Well i just use Noggit 1.4 version(you can use 1.3 too),and to run it you will need wow on 2.4.3 version.
So do entire process of adding new adt's,but with noggit 1.4 to view it!
You will see wide ocean.
