A question about Race->Race model editing (only forum that i can ask questions)

I model chaged race --> race all the time pre BC with no problems at all. I knew all about how to make them using MyWarCraftStudio as well. Now, whenever I try to make one the way I did pre BC my WoW crashes when my character list tries to load. When I went to the model editing request forum and downloaded a troll male --> BE male, I extracted the patch-5.mpq and patch-4.mpq files to the Data folder in my WoW folder but it still isn't working! What am I doing wrong!! (I really don't know much about model editing as I'm sure you already know after reading this. I just hate being a troll.)

well you gotta get a fix look for nosfIArmus or nos fAIrmus threads he has link to current

do I put the fix just in my World of Warcraft folder, or in the Data subfolder?

in the WOW fulder :-) then run it a command prompt should come up and stay then wow exe will start
