Tauren black cat > Night elf black cat

Hello mmowned, i was wandering if anyone had a few minutes to spare in which they would be willing to create this model edit?

I have tried doing this myself for the last few hours, but to no success.

If possible, i would like to change my black tauren cat form, into the black night elf cat form. Any help would be much appreciated, and ofcourse, +rep will be given.
