[Request/Question] Unable to convert CharSections back to DBC file.

These converters are giving me hell with this CharSections.dbc file, there's something in there that they don't like. While running it through a command prompt I can pull out the following.

So I'm either looking for help from anyone who has a work around for this problem or someone who can convert the file back to dbc for me.

You should not have deleted the first line. Its important.

No first lines are being deleted by me, I'm not that stupid. Must be something I missed when going through with a race swap then I guess... s'pose I'll go through it all again.

No, you did really delete them. Convert the DBC to CSV once again using DBCUtil and you will see it..
