[Question] Adding land etc

Well I am currently moving to world editing (Making a new whole battleground) and I am not sure what program I should use to add lands, edit it, add trees and water, stones etc
Also I would want to know if the program can also spawn mobs and so on.
+ is there a way to edit the npc to attack only horde or alliance?

For mobs you would need to run a private server. To add extra land other then the one alrdy in the clients you would need to edit the wdt file with taliis and then create the corresponding adt files.

obviously..for help with that u need to go look at emu section. But it has to do with factions.
