Titles Help.

So, I've started Model Editing today, and getting a few problems. I made a patch for a friend, he got the title working on character screen, not showing as a title, and I made myself a patch with a few changes, (more then 1) and doesn't seem to be working, this is on a 3.2.2 server aswell. (Retail and private). If someone has any advice/idea why its doing this, would be helpful
