Read through the above to learn how to pack. Relate it to the .DBC file you've edited and it's original location and treepath.

All these guides.. Can you explain in your own words how to do? How do I get my edited .dbc back into the patch-enGB.MPQ?

Ok. Open MyWarcraftStudio. Hit Pack at the top, then hit Create New MPQ Archive. Place it in your desktop and call it patch-3.MPQ. Once you've done that, hit Pack again and then hit Add File from Archive...
Once you've done that, hit the elipse to the right, the '...' - from there, locate your edited .DBC, select it, and it should appear in the text box. From there, type the following directly in front of the text relative to your .DBC (before it):

DBFilesClient\

So therefore it should portray;

DBFilesClient\DBC FILE

Hit Done. Then go to File at the top, and hit 'Save and Close MPQ Archive'.

From there, go back to your newly-created .MPQ in your desktop, and extract it to your WOW Data folder. Once you've done that, you're finished.
