[Search] A bilingual person

Hello has all, I am Eowulf, Administrator of a forum of model changing French.
We had as project, to make our forum in English also but, none of us speaking about English with perfection, I would look for somebody bilingual to take charge of it left English (to manage, all which is payment, I take charge of it).
This person will have to be imperativement mature and bilingual. She will also owe it connaitre in Model Changing.
