What file do i need to see model edits

i have patch 3.2 of wow and i wanted to know what exactly do i need to do to see model edits i didnt make any personaly but i have downloaded some from the release section

You would normally need WoWMeFix relative to the version of your WoW.exe, however, it seems that with 3.2.0 WoWMe isn't necesary. I think there is a wowme out there for 3.2.0, but apart from that, nothing.

ok so im loking for something called wowme i thought thats what i needed i downloaded one but i think it was 2.4.3 but anyways i guess if you need this model editing a whole custom island for a private server wouldnt be a good idea because everyone would need wowme
