Race & Mount Change Size Issues

Hi,
When I make various changes with model editors I run into numerous problems of character sizes, for instance:
Tauren to Orc: Orc is too big
Troll to Undead: Undead model is too small
Lvl 40 Emerald raptor to Stormsaber: stormsaber is too small (my feet are dragging on the ground).

Is this unavoidable? I feel like when I saw the Albis PvP video (if anyone has seen it), where he plays as a human female (displayed as a male undead) he is normal sized. Can anyone help?

i have the same problem when i change gnome female to Ud male, the Ud is a head higher then other UD´s

It takes a certain amount of DBC editing to fix this. Don't bother looking for a guide though, its a bit too hard to "teach"
