Hair Fix

I've searched around a bit. And my troll to tauren edit I've done comes up with the hair/face, tail and under part of hoof all come out white. I'm curious to if any one has a little information to help me out?

It was a troll to tauren, if that information helps any.

I'm searching the forums looking for this too kim. I know it has to be a universal issue with Taurens b/c they have an extra Texture for all these spots that are white.
