Race swap wrong

When i do a race swap the end result is messesed up. With a tauren -> belf the end result was a belf with the tauren textures and green hair. With a GnF -> NiF the result was a oversided nelf with gnome textures. What am I doing wrong?

Do you convert the .csv files to .dbc?

I didn't do a dbc edit I did the renaming method, buy mudkip I think

You can't just rename the .csv to .dbc , it doesn't work that way. You have to convert it with DBCutil back to .dbc

ofc i didnt. I didnt do a dbc editing method, I used this method:

I did it mutluple times but always the end result used the thkins of the race i changed from. When doing GnF -> NiF the nelf used the gnome skins and was too big.
