Increasing the size of my demon

I just started using a model edit to change the skin of my demons (playing a warlock) and it works well, but now my felguard, with its new skin, is a lot smaller than it used to be.

I want to make it bigger but I don't know where to start. Should I be playing with the M2 or with the DBC or is it as simple as making the skin/blp bigger?

I messed around with it for the last few hours and I have a much better idea of the problem is. I am trying to change my Felguard into the felelfcasterfemale model. I can do that part just fine, except when it shows up in game, its just too small. But when I use the resize tool in Glitchy's MES to make it bigger, the glowy shit on the model's shoulders, hands and feet end up out of place.

So what I am stuck with so far is a model that is too small but has the glow right, or a model that is the right size but the glow is all wrong.
