Data Survey Question

I was wondering, with blizzards announcement that they will start non personal data survey soon again, does it means they look if you're running WoW w/o any other modifications ? What I mean is, if im using WoWme to load mpqs can I get in trouble while they do this ?

The data survey they do only collects info about your computer's specs.

processor speed type and model
memory model/amount installed
operating system
how many cd/dvd/blu-ray drives you have
type of video card and if you run in single SLI or Crossfire
mouse
how many hard drives, and the amount of space on those drives
etc

They already have other methods of checking MPQ edits, and you can find which ones they are checking in the MEF thread.
