Race to Race Changes

Ok, Iam new here but would like to ask a few questions that i just cant seem to get answered. Iam lookin to do a Skin change for my Nightelf Male to a Undead Male.. and a Gnome Female to a Undead Male. I have looked around the site for info , either iam looking in the wrong place or what i have found is out of date downloads for programmes used. If anyone could help with a point in the right direction maybe a Video tutorial, Updated Guide it would be most helpful

The old way ( that can work now too ) was to rename every m2 and blp of one race to every m2 and blp of another one. Now I didn't check the dbc for this :/
