[Question] Changing hair style

I was wondering if theres a way to still change hair style by editing dbc files with the current wow. The link at the top is a method that used to work but doesn't anymore. Does anyone know a way to do it? The race i am editing is a blood elf female, if it matters. I need the hair edit so that my male undead model edit's hair style looks better, so i can't use the barbershop for this without changing my characters actual hair style. Any help appreciated.
