Requesting Alliance Cat ---> Black Worgen :)

I play an Alliance Night Elf Druid, and well, basically I'm sick of looking at that same old cat day in and day out.
I've been trying all day to make my own with all the new and exciting model changing programs, but I've come to the conclusion that model editing is NOT for me.
So I was wondering if one of you nice folks could whip it up for me?

EDIT: All the other edits are all outdated or require some program that I couldn't get to work. So I turn to you!

I feel nostalgic, I always had Worgen form instead of cat when I was on live server
*Sigh* and now I shall return to the Spell.dbc hell T_T

Since I've edit the CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc for someone else you too will have an easy one
