I made a Goblin but something is off

Hey guys I'm new at this model editing thing so I tried my hand at it after reading some of the information. After much trial and error I changed my Night Elf male into a Goblin male.

Something is a bit off though.


How can I fix it? The quiver is also bothering me but not nearly as much as the spear which is always like that except for when I melee.

Edit: I just tried changing my Dragon Hawk into a Dragon and this is the result.

I can't figure out how to skin the whole thing. The dragon hawk model has 7 skins. While the Drake has a base of 3 skins and then 3 additional skins for each color, black red blue etc. I want to make the whole dragon red.

Can anybody offer any advice or did I just post this in the wrong section?
