[Question] Patch changes to DBC?

First off I apologize if this question has already been answered; I looked around the forums but could not find anything relating to it.

After patch 3.1 none of my mods that include changes in creatures work (ie. changing pet models, druid cat/bear forms, mounts, etc.)

I decided to try and remake the MPQs, but when I opened CreatureDisplayInfo in my DBCeditor, I found that alot of things were changed. I can no longer find the models for druid cat form or many of the other models I used to have.

Does anyone know what 3.1 changed or how I should go about editing models now?
