cryectstools not working?

So i've read every guide I could find about how to use Cryectstools and how to create new WMO's. All this seems fairly easy, however, my problem:

I've saved a couple of adt. files through noggit (from Azeroth, so nothing new), and downloaded cyetstools. But when I run FileInfo NOTHING happens. I've also tried moving Fileinfo an cygwin1 to the folder with the adt. files, but still nothing. What exactly am I suppose to do with these tools? It's the only thing I can't find in any guide :P

nevermind,finally figured out I can just copy WMOs with the new noggit.
