Skin not changing!

So I used the thread "[Race Swaps] 3.0.9 HuM -> ScM & GnM (More to Come)" to race swap from Tauren Female to many different other females (including NE, Hum, BE, Drae), and none of them swap the skin of the target body to my tauren. So I'll have a NE body, but Tauren skin, and untextured hair.

I then tried to use Ubermonkey's "guide to Race to Race swaps, All Working Features" to fix the problem by doing the edit myself, but I think I messed up somewhere down the line and didn't get the animation files copied over from my common.mpq files correctly, and so I got stuck.

Would anyone happen to know if I can just follow a certain portion of Ubermonkey's guide to fix the skinning problem, and just add it onto the first model edit?

well sounds to me like you might be using more than 1 swap at the same time? If not can't help ya but I know that the swaps from there don't work properly if you try to use more than 1 at the same time.
