WoWME help

hey guys im still really new to modeling and character swapping ect and I've just been looking over some of the basic stuff and i watched the youtube video on how to do all this model editing (not create it just use it) and it says i have to run WoW through WoWME to get the editors to work. I have a problem with WoWME every time i download it as a RAR file it only gives me the option to open it with itunes and i can't see where to extract it and run wow with it ect.
If any of the pros (or even those more competent than me :P) could show me how to use WoWME in a situation like this that would be very very appreciated. Oh and I'm using Windows XP Media Center edition for all thats worth

You should be extracting the WoWME.rar folder to your desktop. By the sounds of it, you don't have Win RaR downloaded? You'll need to download it @ www.win-rar.com/download.html
