Question about Autodesk 3ds Max 2010

Hello. I would like to ask some help. When I`m opening wheel (OBJ -file), it does open it. But when I do open World of Warcrafts Female Character M2 (changed to .OBJ) it says: "Nothing to import" and whit M2 -file "Error".

Can some1 help me. Do I need to change that .OBJ file to .max -file?
If so, can some1 help me with changing. Downloaded OBJ Importer but its pretty wierd, can`t see any "programs" in there. Maybe it`s not perfect file but still.

Can some1 tell me what`s problem?
