How to add Water

I opened this Thread, because I wanna know how to add Water into the Noggit map

You can use Cryect's WoW Tool
there is a simple command line program to add a water layer.
*i still have a little trouble viewing the water layer in my noggit)
But you can try it. (sorry i dont have a url to give you)
