How to change nightelf mount to Spectral tiger

Hi everyone,
I've downloaded Glitchys MES to change the wax my equip looks like.
After i changed the equip to s4 (because it´s nice) i wanted to change my mount. I have got many mounts and i want to have an spectral tiger. I have already tried it but without success
I also downloaded an mpq for it that i´ve found on MMOwned.com .When i open WoW with WoW.exe there is an error, so i downloaded WoWMe .But then when i opened WoWMe.exe nothing happened. Pls help me or upload a .mpq file what is not called patch-2.mpq because then i overwrite the original file. I thought about changing my Stormsaber into the spectral tiger.

i used this patch and added the Spectral Tiger skin to the frostsaber one.
You just need to put the file patch-n.MPQ into the data folder.
The only problem is that all NEF Saber will look trasparent but only the Frostsaber will look the same as spectral.
