[Model Change(s)] Undead Horse->Spectral Tiger

All this edit does is replace the undead mounts with the new spectral saber mount. Most of the credit goes to reflex0rzor and his "All mounts to Ghost Sabre" thread. All i did was dl his undead horse replacement file and replace the ghost sabre model and skin with the new spectral tiger one. I will probably add more model changes for other mounts in the future, but at the moment i'm bogged down with school. Here are some screenshots for those who are curious as to what the mount looks like

yes eventually, but right now i'm pretty bogged down >.<

Not for the moment at least. These are mainly reflex0ror's edits, so i'm not really sure how the DBC files works etc (i'm a pretty noobie modder). If the mount isn't listed in reflex0ror's original ghost sabre thread, i can't do it (yet).
