Request: Druid T8 color swap

So, there are four colors for druid T8 in game. On 10 man, the real set is yellow, and the resto druid/moonkin pieces are red. On 25, the real set is purple and the offset pieces are...let's say green. Green with the orange fruit on the shoulders.

Point being is the red set looks best in my eyes, and as a feral tank I'll never get those pieces. Could someone swap the 10 man yellow skin for the red or link me to a guide that will tell me how? I've reskinned mounts before and swapped models for them, but I'm totally lost on how to do armor.
