[HELP] Frostmourne scale

Yo, im fairly experienced with model editing to an extent with the normal simple model edits. Iv currently hit a brick wall when i was trying to scale up forstmourne. And didnt find any information about how it could be done when i searched thease forums. Iv downloaded z0kk's mpq file with the hungering cold to frostmourne mpq and would like to scale it up, im currently just using a normal id swapp to frostmourne which i did with Glitchy's model swapper but im looking for a solution on how to scale it up in the best possible and easiest way.
