can someone here make a guide to creating new land, (world building) and make a list of the programs you would need? and a step by step guide on creating your own island (or whatever)

i can't make i guide, i don't know enough about it, but I can tell you that you atleast need noggit, and taliis. boath can be found in the model editing programs section. Use the 2.4.3 noggit though because the old one crashes.

On noggit you can raise land by clicking on the ground while holding shift, and lower it by holding ctrl.
i haven't used taliis yet, so i can't tell you how to add objects.

thats the extent of my knowledge when it comes to model editing, ive only created one to get under sw, and it was removed because people didn't like it

But, you do need Taliis and Noggit just like UNrest said. Not sure about the 2.43 thing though...Good luck.
